It is a cost effective way to produce components with tight tolerance, free-of-defect surface and full design freedom. With this process, we can offer castings meeting 90% or more of the requirements of the finished part in an as-cast state with tolerances held as tight as ± .005". Savings are offered in both reducing machining and material costs. |
